la_belle_laideTonight of all nights everything has to get hectic. A call from another Na Wahine dancer about rehearsal space and rehearsal times, and can I please get back to her? A local poi ball twirler who wants to get in touch, and can also possibly offer us big time gigs in CT and on Broadway, and can I please call her? Jamie at Artworks International asking me to come and perform three days in a row next weekend, not just Hula, but street theater and all (doing all the old pirate stuff I used to do) with like a thousand costume changes, and can I please call him ASAP? And my shipment of 6000 worms was supposed to come today and hasn't, birds very hungry and me sitll getting charged for overnight delivery by DHL, and can I please call Flukers and have them work it out with DHL?
When all I want to do is watch the season premiere of House and then watch Advent Children. Honestly, can business just wait one more day?
