That's supposed to be water in that last animated scene. In re-watching it just now, it occurred to me that it might not look like that to other people. Just the other day I said to my goddaughter, while we were swimming, "Water is see through. How do you draw it?" only half joking. I guess I really don't know how to draw water. ^_^;; But honestly, that's ice melting and dripping, and not... anything else.
