I have this story....

So I had this thought, and it's a frivolous thought, but fun nonetheless. I thought about maybe taking Seer and RC all parts of each story, and make it into a graphic novel/manga thing. I could do a quick find/replace with all the references to the LOZ world and (get ready to laugh here,) making it "original." (Note: "Original" is in quotes because I honestly don't believe that changing a story from a fanfic to a non-fanfic makes it any more or less original than it was. There are fanfics that suck and fanfics that are startlingly original. There are non-fanfics that suck and non-fanfics that are startlingly original. There.)
I could just as easily change the details of the entire Hero series present time world and make it non LOZ, since it's the sequel but it really has to come first so that everything ties in neatly. It would be quick and I'd skip a whole big bunch of arcs (the lameass pirate arc, for instance.) Turn it into one story, thus: There's a land and a queen and a hero/scientist who can travel time and dimensions. There's a villain who's been banished to an alternate dimension, a "hell" dimension. The hero got sucked into the past by a demon who killed his cousin, a seer from the past, and the hero had to travel there again to rescue him and bring him to the present time/dimension. The enslaved ghost of a prostitute from the past is being controlled by the villain from the alternate dimension, and she ends up being the ex-lover of the seer, who has to release her. Skipping through "Hope" and "Fire" and moving along to "Layers," the villain finds a conduit to this world through the dreams of the queen and the actions of the hero/scientist. He finds a way into his own past (through layers) to kill one of the kingdom's allies before she's had a chance to betray and help to banish him, and the hero/scientist finds a way to bring him into their dimension and fight him on his own terms, but in the process, confuses the hell out of reality. ("You broke reality, you fool!")
And Seer and RC are the stories of their ancestors and how it all ties in.
The surnames, placenames and references to Triforce and stuff like that would change, but the characters would remain exactly the same. (Because I think that the characterizations I made of the canon characters could stand outside of LOZ. I could be wrong.)
That might make a fun manga. If anyone's ever interested in doing that, say the word.
I am so totally not trying to single out and pressure any of my handful of artistically talented friends, who all have their own projects going on. But if anyone was ever interested in doing that, then I'd be game because it might be a jolly ole' lark, and that's all I'm saying. :)
And if no one ever wants to do that, then that's cool too, and I keep writing the Hero series because, why the hell would I stop, anyway? I'm still having too much fun. ^_^
Pau! Just some mana'o for today.
