I swear this government can be so retarded. First Bush is trying to stamp out homosexuality because in his down-home, bible-thumping, good-old-boy world it's a sin, but all the while the government was trying to develop a gay bomb. I love it.

Bush seriously has some issues.

Actually from all the reports I've read the bomb was being planned in 1994, during the Clinton administration, so you can't really blame Bush for it. Not alone at least.
