TITMICE. And some storms.

The other night there was an epic, like thoroughly fantastic and overwhelming sudden thunderstorm. It knocked out the power, ripped trees down and everything. It was like a monsoon. I videotaped some of it. I should also mention the monster, record-breaking heatwave we've been having. It hit 100 today and it's not even summer yet. I LOVE IT. Especially Kung Fu in this weather. It adds that whole "any of us could die at any second" edge to training, you know?

I've got a boatload of birds and I'm picking more up tomorrow. I've got: four robins, two starlings, and three TITMICE. The TITMICE are utterly adorable. They seem a little ill though. Actually they were overheated earlier in the day. Now that it's cooled off, they are perkier. I'm going to take a picture of my TITMICE and put it on the internet for everyone to see.

It just got really windy and hazy out here. It smells like: ocean, swamp-rose, ozone, wet earth, heat, and a hint of smoke.

I wish I could bottle it and let you all have a whiff.

Also, I'm eating a bag of chocolate chips.

It's eleven and I can't decide if I want to watch Kiss Kiss Bang Bang again just to laugh along with my favorite lines, or if I want to dork around on the computer a little more. Decisions decisions!

Also, how effing funny is this?
