DoC AMV and some gardening stuff

Today is historic. My white ginger bloomed for the first time since I got it, which was about three years ago. I started it as a bulb and now it's huge. Of course, now I have to cut it down and bring it inside! BLAST. Anyway, it smells lovely. Kind of like honeysuckle (which I have in abundance,) but just more gingery.

Also, I unchecked all the codec compatability things in MovieMaker and it started working a little better. It's still sporadic and it still randomly shuts down, but I was finally able to finish my Dirge of Cerberus video. What a pain it was to make, because sometimes the music would shut down, and most of the time the program would shut down when I moved the cursor over the clips. No warning, no locking or freezing, just totally shutting down.

I couldn't get YouTube to work, but I got it downloaded (I so *heart* broadband). Leto really reminds me of DeftTones' lead singer, and is the jerkiness from my computer, or the file? It's irritating because this is a kick-ass vid and I wants to see it without it freezing all weird. ;D Loved the bit with Vincent and the glider-thing, and the sequence with Weiss. And of course, love the music. I'm glad you kept with it and got it done. Thanks for posting!

WTF with YouTube? This must be Google's fault. I hope the video's not jerky ... it plays smooth on mine. Hmm! I'm very glad you liked what you could see. As a fellow AMV artiste, your opinion means a great deal to me. I was hoping you'd get to see this one. ^_^

Now I'll have to google DeftTones singer. Is it the teeth? I hope not. ;)

So YouTube finally works for me, and it's a lot better without the herky-jerky shit my computer was giving me. Same parts still awesome, and loving the music choice even more the second time around. Rock makes for great AMVs. ;)
