Yesterday, when I put up that link to a file and impertently demanded that everyone in the world download it? Uhh, yeah, I actually made a huge mistake in that video clip. I left out a section of it and I didn't realize it until today when I looked at the folder and saw that one little left out clip hanging out. Uhhh, duh!

I know that two of you took the time to download and watch it already, and I so appreciate it. It's not a huge difference; just 49 extra frames that I did a few months ago and forgot I had. It's neat, but I used it in the other silly video clip I did.

I tried to get the music to match up on this one, but even though it worked just fine on MovieMaker as I was doing it, the timing actually got frigged up when I saved it. WTF, I ask you.

But anyway, give it a whirl if you haven't already.

Incidentally, there are two hidden messages in this that I forgot I put in there, and then consequently forgot to take out. How moronic. But now I think it's kind of neat. One of them is behind Sahrek when his necklace swings, and one of them is in Krislar's window towards the end.

You guys who downloaded this, thanks again. ^_^ That meant a lot to me.

It's... strange. Not quite sure what to make of it. Nice animating.

Speaking of Sahrek, are there any plans to finish off the Zelda stories? Seer of Kakariko book 2 always seemed unfinished to me, as I think I never found any chapters beyond the 6th. Is/was there any more to it?

(of course, this is when I find out I've randomly friended the wrong person by mistake)

Wow, thanks very much for downloading and watching that. I'm not sure exactly what to make of it, either. Those are all scenes from the stories I'm writing. Speaking of...

To answer your question, the LOZ stories are off the web because I realized I wasn't going to finish them. However! I was having so much fun with some of the original characters that I decided to put them all into an original novel, one that takes place in my own made up world. So Sahrek and the rest of them will have their own place to play. I kept the characterization of Sheik and turned him into an original character also, named Krislar--that character also appears in that animation.

If I ever get the guts, I'll try to publish them. ^_^

Awww, I rather liked the Zelda stories. Makes me glad that I saved an archive of them (unfortuantly only the parts available from fanfiction.net, so I'm missing a few of the later chapters). Good to hear that they're still around, in some form or other.

As far as publishing goes, I've got no experience in that (never written a story longer than a few pages), but I think [livejournal.com profile] milestogo13's published one book and is working on getting another published, so it might be worth asking him about what to do, if you manage to sum up the courage to publish.

I'm glad that you liked the LOZ stories. I had a lot of fun writing them. I'm not going to have seizures because people have saved copies; as long as you still enjoy them, that's cool. The new stories are different enough, plotwise, so that there shouldn't be any issues. ^_^

, but I think [info]milestogo13's published one book and is working on getting another published, so it might be worth asking him about what to do,

Really?! Are we talking published, or self published? It must be completely cool to get published. ^_^

Don't worry, the copy's for my reading pleasure only. I'm not allowing it to escape my computer (sit! stay... staaaaay... good document!).

I think it's published published: see http://www.cafepress.com/newyorkminutes for more details. Amazon don't appear to have it, but then again they don't have everything.

Nah, that's self publishing; http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/sell/books.aspx

Not my gig. Hopefully someday I will be enough of a non-hack to have an agent or editor look at my manuscript. ^_^ But that's not certain.

Ah, I thought he'd had it properly published. I do know that his current one has been sent off to a bunch of real publishers and agents, but so far I don't think he's heard back from most.

Yeah, it's not easy, that's for damn sure. But it's good if he's got the guts to send out manuscripts. THat's a lot of work.
