as I said before, hair grows in groups or clumps. To make someone's hair look crazy, it's enough to draw some stray whisps. Hair has weight. Hair clings to eachother. That's just how it is.

Also, the hilt should align with the blade, because that's how it's fitting with his teeth. You don't want it to look like it's comeing into his mouth at an angle and cutting his tongue off.

And the eyes! If you must use animal eyes as reference, do so.

Great job on the mouth. It's perfect as it is.

Align the nose to the filtrum over the mouth.

I understand what you're saying, but i'm still not sure how that would look.

I tried to do that, but wasn't sure exactly how it was wrong. I should probably get a blade of my own and look at it. ;)

Hmmm, I have been giving a lot of thought to these comments and trying to get them into my head in a visual way, which is not easy for me. But I came up with a few things.

With the hair--are you saying not to draw every strand, kinda thing? because I totally tend to just draw strands upon strands instead of locks. I could probably fix that. I didn't used to do it, I don't know why I started! O_o

Eyes. Huh, yes, I know, I am always doing them wrong with these two specific characters. It occurred to me while I was in the shower tonight (I get lots of ideas there,) that I might be subconsciously trying to rip off the way CZ does exotic eyes (http://www.melissauran.com/professional/White_Wolf/Fair_Folk/dilari.jpg) and just failing terribly.

Only, I can't do it right, so I should stop and try something else. ;)
