Leander kinda Jesse Spencer-ish but not really

I was going for the Jesse Spencer sort of look, because in my mind, my novel is actually a movie that I'm constantly casting. Leander is always tough for me, and recently I've been seeing a lot of Jesse Spencer and I thought, "this kid's pretty good." The drawing doesn't look too much like him after all, though. I'm not sure I like how I did the face in this drawing; doesn't remind me too much of either Jesse Spencer or my own character. I definitely have other drawings of this character that I like much better. But I'm posting this anyway.

He reminds me of a young Tom Cruise, it's something about the eyes and nose ;)I really love how you did the shadows on the left side of his face, it looks great<3
As for constructive criticism - the sky[?] on the left side is IMO a bit dark and kinda throws off the balance in the picture. But I still love it though.

I'm really sorry but I still haven't gotten to work the Maryna-picture since my computer crashed sometime before christmas. When I get back from Egypt I swear I'm going to. Cross my heart.
