I haven't pushed myself half as hard as I did pre-christmas season, and I miss the "God, I trained so hard my thighs are shaking" feeling. Thanks so much for posting this! It's really inspiring me!
You're probably doing even more than when you first started, but you've gotten so string and are so used to it by now that you don't even feel it anymore. Holy crap!
And don't worry about being as fast or as strong as the greenbelts! They've been training longer, and you'll get to that level eventually.
