Whooo! Sounds hard, but in the good way. I haven't pushed myself half as hard as I did pre-christmas season, and I miss the "God, I trained so hard my thighs are shaking" feeling. Thanks so much for posting this! It's really inspiring me!

And don't worry about being as fast or as strong as the greenbelts! They've been training longer, and you'll get to that level eventually. Keep at it, and don't dehydrate!
