Blather, rinse, repeat

"Then Frank went on to set up his gear and a bunch of girls shrieked at him. I mean like, overbearing, high-pitched, Beatles-esque squealing. Frank made that hand-shushing gesture towards them that said everything at once: "Don't scream for me. The show hasn't started. That's not why I'm here. This isn't MCR. I just want to play music." yet it seemed like no one understood that simple gesture because everytime he took a breath there was more shrieking. For one second it was quiet and one girl screamed out, "I WANT TO HAVE YOUR BABIES, FRANK!" and he physically cringed, like, obviously."

Those girls were terrible. Me and my friend were outside right before Reggie started and he came out on the patio for a smoke break and was literally mobbed by like, twelve girls. They fucking cornered him. It made me kind of sad. It's kind of bullshit that Leathermouth came around to a lot of small venues so all these girls with 'gerard way' and 's//c' sharpied on their forearms show up because they know it's small and they just expect it. It's nice to know there were people there who had a sense of what is appropriate and what isn't, though. (:
