Blather, rinse, repeat

I wouldn't have expected to be good at or enjoy tech support, but it works because it intertwines all these skills of research (aka journalism skills) and problem solving and teaching, even. I hope to use this as a springboard for tech writing or who knows what. Lots of oppotunity in this company if you are good. I'm getting really good at explaining how domain names and "real" addresses work. ;-)
