la_belle_laideIt was AWESOME to get back to training tonight. There were a few regs missing from the merriment--Sifu being the most prominent in his abscence--but it was still wicked crowded and really hot in that little room. We did some basics, and then in blackbelt club brown-belt Chris led line basics. We did one line basic that challenged the hell out of me and made me feel like a moron. Then we did lots os stance stuff, traveling goi-ma with punching, horse stance blah blah ... suffice it to say my thighs were really feeling it. But I felt terrific when I left. Man, it's good to be back!
