Stupid bastards across the street left their door open and their insane dog got out - the one who jumped my 4' fence and broke Sano's leg years ago. This time it came after both dogs and me, and the baby. The neighbors had to wrestle it down and said, "sorry if it scared the baby. Don't worry, she can't get over the fence anymore." I was too scared (and screaming at mt dogs to just get inside!) to tell them off. But if I see that dog again I'm going to kill it. And maybe kick the neighbor's stupid face too.

Weirdest part: Last night I actuaaly lept enough to have a dream. Yhe dream was that this dog--which I haven't seen in 7 years--tried to attack the baby. Before I went into the yard I was *this close* to taking baby in the stroller, and both dogs for a walk. Something told me not to.

Not even kidding when I say I'm going to carry my sword when I go out.
