Flight Safety

Last february when we went to FL, my two cousins and I (Spencer and Meghan, you know, of Spencer and Meghan fame?) were bored on the plane waiting to take off and started leafing through that flight safety card they always put in the front pocket. Okay, I admit it: I look at it on every flight. It's a kind of talisman. Anyway, so I noticed that a few of the illustrations were funny or just plain bizarre. Who the hell draws these things? So we started making up our own captions.

I love a good laugh and am very easily amused, and I like to remember things that have made me laugh until I cried, so I stole the safety card. I forgot I had it until a week and a half ago, when I found it in the pocket of my laptop case. I finally set down and did the captions that we were doing on the plane. Credit for at least half of these goes to Spencer and Meghan. Probably more than half, come to think of it.

In other news, yeah, still listening obsessively to 30 Seconds to Mars. I am such a cheeseball. It took one day for Jared Leto to go from "that guy from the show I watched in college", race past "wow he can really sing" and straight on into "OMG 30STM IS LOVE!" Honestly though? Holycraphisbrotherisbeautiful. 30 Seconds to Mars? 8 Ways to Sunday, people. ;D
