Kung Fu tonight, and Soul Calibur III

In better news, Kung Fu was AWESOME tonight because we worked out butts off in line drills. For those two hours, I forgot all my worries. Everyone seemed to be in a great mood, and even though no one could seem to concentrate during warmups, it was still fun because everyone was on the same wavelength. And on that wavelength, everything was funny. Later on, Dave made the comment that I was "the female Chris" which made me jump up from my stretch, stunned, and say, "Gosh, that's a compliment of the highest order." He meant in terms of flexibility of course, and not in skill or strength. In blackbelt club, I discovered I can nearly touch the sole of my foot to the back of my head without assisstance. With help (specifically, my training sister Lee pushing my foot a few inches,) I can get the bottom of my foot onto the top of my head ... backwards. It's kind of creepy, and a little Voldo-ish.

Speaking of, I rented Sould Calibur III just to give it a whirl. I think I might have to buy it with money that I don't have. It's incredible. You can make your own characters. I made a me character, an orange-belt ninja called Neo. :D Too fun. I'm not used to the stupid controls though, after playing it for so long on Gamecube, and Mitsurugi keeps handing me my ass. Well, handing me Kilik's ass. Still, fun.

I haven't been sleeping well (locked post down there,) but tonight I think I'll sleep like a ... thing that sleeps really well.
