Phase 7B (see locked post. Oh, unless you can't.) The badly colored version of said crappy sketch:

Actually, I like the flowers.

I tried to fix what I could the best I could, although I know I completely messed up the hands! I have a bad habit of either making lines too dark, or not making them at all and letting everything bleed together. When I did the hand, I felt like I was getting something right so I darkened all the lines, which, when I colored it, looked kinda stink. Then I just tried to blend them in and paint over them, which made it look somehow worse. And I messed up his hair somehow so that it doesn't look as if his arm is under his head, which it's supposed to be. Huh, this dimension stuff is hard. But for once I did an ear in a way that looks right to me. And another thing I like is that he looks sort of naughty, which works. And I am partial to the suggestive orchids, although they would be better suited to Hisoka. Jin's not asexual, but I play it down because A) I'm more interested in his psychoses and neuroses and B) they can't both be manwhores, that would be boring.

Most importantly, doing this took about three hours, and during those three hours, I didn't think of much of anything, and that is to the good.
