May. 8th, 2004 10:28 pmI have to fangirl over FFVII every few months, I think.
Quotes to remind me (and everyone else) why I fell in love with this game. Plus a few months ago Min asked me what some of my favorite Cloud quotes were and all of a sudden I couldn't think of them. "Ahh... You look like a bear wearing a marshmallow" is one of them. :) Then there was that whole date scene in which, if Cloud dated Tifa or Aerith and they were chosen to star in the play, you can have Cloud mess up the lines and say rude things and have Tifa or Aerith slap him, but I don't remember any of that dialogue. Sad.
Neat, though: this page has the script for all of the side quests, including my favorite, which isn't really a quest, but more of an optional scene: Zack's rescue of Cloud from the lab, his subsequent murder, and how Cloud first took on Zack's personality. It's pretty descriptive, and pretty much like I remember the scene. If only there was a way to download all the cinematics from the game.
This page has another one of my favorite scenes: Tifa finding CataclysmicallyFriggedUp!Cloud at the train station. Everything but the date scene, it seems. Ah well.
