My brother used to get so much grief from the traffic cops around here. He's a surfer, so he would occasionally park behind the dunes and walk out to check the waves before coming home, and nine times out of ten, he would find a ticket waiting for him when he got back to the car. It was so ridiculous I wrote a one-act play about it.
