Cloud on his Hardy Daytona (especially how he is reflected in it as he speeds away)
Masamune!
Sephiroth in all his armored, impractically yet entirely stunningly costumed glory
The choice to either fight the Turks or walk away
Cloud, walking upside down on a tree limb, (and subsequently falling out of it when it shatters--blink and you miss it)
Cloud and Tifa in the Lifestream
Sephiroth going insane in the ShinRa mansion library
Sephiroth tearing the metal plate off of Jenova, and then leaving with her head
And of course, Sephiroth torching Nibelheim
"Flowers Blooming In The Church"
"I really hate that broad." ^_^
Rufus ShinRa's really subtle and almost creepy death
The Turks' theme song
Reno's ElectroMag Rod *snick*

One Winged Angel! And the whole "Gloriosa Generosa" / "Hareu no hanekata" controversy. ^___^
The Sister Ray and the Proud Clod; those were pretty cool
Any animated sequence with the eerie green flames bursting out of the towers of the Mako reactors
The gorgeously animated sequence of Cloud being sucked into the final, personal battle with Sephiroth
The Highwind
"Drink your goddamn tea!"
Reeve and his very bizarre character arc
Vincent Valentine and his entire backstory
The whole crossdressing / Honeybee Inn / Wall Market scene and the fact that in the middle of this bizarre, surreal and even humorous turn of events, ((Sounds of clothes being removed...) Mukki: "...heave... pant... Wow!! Would ya look at that!") Cloud is seizuring and waking up to find he's being straddled and slapped by Mukki, a burly man in spandex...
And in the scene in Don Corneo's mansion, when Cloud, in full drag, is in bed with the Don. The Don asks him "what do you want to do?" and you have the option of having him answer, "Whatever YOU want, daddy!" *giggle!*
That really sneaky goddamn part where, if you peek into one of the keyholes, you end up spying on what could only be Reeve's parents doing some...things, I guess. It's easy to miss.
Hojo on the beach surrounded by bikini clad women, just because, WTF?!
Mako eyes, of course ^_^
