On a slope, no brakes
The "surveillance" bill passed. This means that now, anyone can be wiretapped without warrant.
Just thought you guys should know. And bear in mind that the "terror amendment" that made it so that anyone who interferes with or supports the interference of any animal business--meaning even so much as speaking out against fur, cosmetics labs, slaughterhouses etc.--is a terrorist.
Do you see where this country is headed without brakes?
I totally owe this journal a huge update about birthdays, birds, the awesome hot weather, and getting sucked back into my most beloved fandom but, well, I've been sucked back into my most beloved fandom so the update is gonna have to wait. ;)
