Aww, the poor thing! We actually see that all the time at the hospital, the frustrated feather-picking. Sometimes it so bad they bloody themselves constantly.

If you get a bird, make sure it's one that's not going to scream. Because some birds just randomly do that. I know I couldn't liv with it. O_O
