I don't know what "the Shadow" is, but I hope that my story would be an interesting read, anyway, since the little trick of "fascination" is not entirely unheard of and has--like most things--been taken on before in fiction. If anyone out there can think of something that no one has ever come up with before, then, holy hell! That's one power I'd like to have. ;) 'Cause that whole thing with the "Boy Wizard" isn't exactly new, either. :P
