Oh man we totally would have been. I actually cut this post way back, but there was a part about how this was all way before the internet, so obviously no internet friendships, and I wondered what sort of difference that might have made to me. I often wish I'd known you back then. I think we would have had a lot in common.

On the other hand, I was kind of a huge jerk as a teenager, LOL. So in a way, I'm also glad that the people I really value now *didn't* know teenage-me. I was pretty unbearable.
