HR is making it so hard for me to sleep, too! If I'm not putzing around with photos or sketches, I'm keeping myself up scheming up new ideas. I've got my idea for a sketch piece for the Voting one, and I actually really like the concept a lot. Here's hoping the execution matches it at least a little. ;)
