Man, I'm so sorry to hear about that. Talk about a double whammy- huge expense and the loss of your favorite spot. We're still mopping up the mess of last week's abysmal week that leaves the brain throbbing with the exertion of calling out to the universe, "Are you fucking kidding me with this shit?" I hope you can work it out with the neighbors. I'd be upset too, but they do seem like the type to try and milk it for all it's worth. I was glad to see on FB about your insurance coverage.
